Commercial Helicopter Pilot Course

We offer commercial helicopter Part 61 or Part 141 training courses. Our FAA approved Part 141 training course opens a variety of venues for student funding in order to help you pay for flight training. We also offer Part 61 or Part 141 Commercial Add-on courses for rated airplane pilots looking to add-on a helicopter commercial rating. Check out our Add-on page for details.
This certificate allows pilots to fly commercially (for revenue). In the commercial pilot course students will expand the knowledge and skills learned in the private pilot course.
FAA Requirements:
-Hold at least an FAA third class medical certificate
-Pass an FAA Aeronautical knowledge test
-Obtain 115 Hours of flight time during the course
-Pass an FAA Practical test (oral and flight test)
Part 141 Course Includes:
-105 Hours of dual Instruction
-10 Hours of solo flight
-30 Hours of professional ground instruction
