Location
Green Mountain Flight Academy is located at Mansfield Heliflight’s Heliport (VT96) in Milton, Vermont as well at Burlington International Airport(KBTV), just off Valley Rd. Our unique Helipad location is minutes away from both controlled and non-controlled airports. This setting gives our students the ability to gain experience and exposure in both environments. Green Mountain Flight Academy’s location also provides amazing views of Lake Champlain, the Green Mountains, and Adirondack Mountains. Our fixed-wing base is located on Burlington International Airport and has access to a state of the art hanger with class rooms for pre and post flight briefings.

Green Mountain Flight Academy was established in 2011 by Mansfield Heliflight. Mansfield Heliflight is a business specializing in aircraft maintenance and sales and has been in operation since 1986.
Instructors
All of our instructors have years of experience and impeccable safety records. Green Mountain Flight Academy's primary goal is safety and high quality flight training. Our instructors have the ability to train you from your first lesson, right thru to a professional pilot. Our instructors are vetted current/former professional pilot in the airlines, corporate aviation, and from the armed services. We are currently looking for a highly motivated CFI/CFII to join our team.
